Character Cards

In addition to writing fiction, I also create character cards for roleplaying platforms. Most of them are focused on similar themes as my fiction—Queer Identity, Gender Discovery, and Fetish as Liberation. Smart smut with heart.

What is a Character Card?

A character card lets you step into an interactive story where you’re both the co-author and the main character. The card brings a fictional persona to life, packaging a character’s personality traits, backstory, speaking quirks, and world lore into a neat profile that an AI uses to stay in character while chatting with you.

It's like stepping into a book, game, or movie, except you are part of the story. Instead of reading what happens next, you get to shape the narrative in real time.

A character card is used with AI Roleplay software (desktop, web, or mobile). Behind the scenes, a character card packages a character’s personality traits, backstory, speaking quirks, and world lore into a neat profile that an AI uses to stay in character while chatting with you.

Why explore one if you’ve never roleplayed before?

• Zero Pressure: There is no audience and no "wrong way" to play. You can chat casually, test wild choices, or just unwind at your own pace.

• Interactive Storytelling: Chat with a witty detective, banter with a fantasy tavern keeper, or get advice from an eccentric sci-fi navigator.

• Creative Playground: Practice dialogue for writing projects, practice conversational banter, or explore "what if" scenarios that adapt dynamically to whatever you say.

Getting Started With AI Roleplay

I recommend going to a roleplay platform, such as Chub.ai, and just start playing around. Most sites give you at least some free turns, enough to give you an taste.

Once you get the hang of it, you might load up something like SillyTavern and connect it to an LLM hosting service, such as OpenRouter or NanoGPT, which will provide a vast array of LLM models to choose from.

You can even load a character card into a consumer chatbot, such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, though those tend to be far more censored and limited, compared to purpose-built platforms.
